I am looking for the OP and Service manuals for the FEI FE-5440A or TD-1251/U. I tried the offices of responsibility and was informed that the equipment and manuals were non existent since it was too old.   

I was hoping some one here could help, either to purchase or borrow.

T.O. 49B3-36-2 Service
