I can't wait for the first hurricane. I havn't checked this morning to see if Alberto has strengthened to a hurricane yes, but I had a ton of rain coming in this morning.

They re-elected their mayor, so that should delay any constructive improvements for the length of his term.  Ya can't make it a "chocolate city" in that heat...
