Been awhile since I posted as I really haven't had any questions that I couldn't just figure out for myself.... ;)

Just wondering if any of you folks have done Calibration on one of these 2490's ?

I need a procedure or a schematic, Thanx for looking and you can Laugh if you want :)

after opening this thing up, I feel it is just a Re Branded Uryu UET 10.

at first glance it looks like it has 7 TO5-8 opamps and like 9 trim pots.

IF anyone has a schematic of the UET 10 I think that would help a lot, I have a UET 10 operators manual but alas it doesn't cover calibration.

All I can think of is the old joke that ended with "Black and Decker Pecker Wrecker".......Im pathetic.

LMAO ya I know that one well too

I've Emailed AIMCO but no replies yet Jensen Tools still sells UET-10 but have no documentation on the tool, I haven't tried WESCO in Canada yet, and URYU in Japan does not have an English Contact option and my Japanese sucks.

at least the DPM is 7107 based so that half of the board is simple to trace out, I will probably end up reversing the whole board and make my own schematic.

I've tested it with standard Bar and Mass and it's close enough but I'm kinda OCD :D

well, all reversed engineered and Calibrated works just Fine for my needs of checking my Utica Torque Screwdrivers :D
