No offense to the poster here but, when I read competitive salary I always question what IS a competitive salary. It's kind of a relative term. Competitive to what? McDonalds? I was told that a company offered competitive salary at a place I won't name that said $15 an hour for 5-10 years of experience was where they were looking for. It was a joke.
