Tek SG 503 Alignment

I have an SG 503 failing flatness at 25 and 250 Mhz. I've read the Tektronix alignment procedure and have performed some of it but have not touched any of the inductors (L100 - L143) yet.

The manual appears to indicate the inductors are for aligning harmonic suppression only.

The manual addresses flatness verification but I see nothing there that obviously addresses flatness alignment.

I've gone through the 5VPk-Pk and 0.5 VPk-Pk complex waveform alignment of R255/R265 and they fail to affect the waveform corners.

I'd like to hear from anyone with experience aligning this model.
