I have an F-band power sensor (90-140 GHz) I'd like to get calibrated. I know >110GHz power isn't traceable to any NMI, but I'd like it to be traceable to something. Any suggestions on who I could send this sensor to?
The manufacturer is "M&M Lab", which I'm told is no longer in business.

I knew a company that had to send their stuff out of the country to get calibrated up to 100 GHz. I really don't know what to say about above that. Just curious, what does the unit look like?

I attached a jpeg of the sensor and meter. The sensor label is so worn out that you can't really read anything on it. I can kind of make out an "M&M Lab" logo and a "made in China" label. There's also what was probably a graph of the correction factors. From an Inventory list i have, the model number is supposed to be PS28-6A.
Functionally, i believe the sensor is similar to what you can buy from Virginia Diodes, Inc. Who now owns the Erickson power meter/sensor design. VDI has an app-note on >100GHz measurements in which they conceded that without cal standards, they can only assume that the sensor has perfect effective efficiency.
