So... umm doing directivity or something ... section 4.8 and test 32 is failing at 300 kHz to 1.3 GHz specifically at 300 kHz its <-34 but not < -35.  The tech data does not have an "in case of difficulty" for this step.

Is it in need of repair or limitation?

Or is it because cold air was blowing on it all night and thus potentially below 20 degrees celsius?

Pay heed to the notes in the beginning. Temperature was the culprit.
