HP 86142A Optical Spectrum Analyzer HD

I have an old HP 86142A Optical Spectrum Analyzer (no options) S/N US38380459 that fails to initialize on power up. This unit has firmware version 3.

It gives the following error: "selftests failed due to fastboot being disabled".

I would like to replace the HD by copying an operational HD from a like instrument. Does anyone have a working 86142A?
