Keysight Technologies (formally Agilent) has an exciting opportunity for a proven technical expert in the repair & calibration of Test and Measurement Equipment. This is a role for a key individual who will work full time at the Keysight Lab located in the Raytheon customer site in Largo, FL performing calibration on electrical, physical and dimensional measurement devices.

Specific duties include:

• Establish and maintain close communication with customers to ensure optimal performance of customers' and Keysight Technologies' test equipment assets

• Ensure compatibility between customer expectation and support provided by Keysight Technologies.

• Provide advice to customers on environmental factors such as humidity, power, air conditioning, calibration cycle times, etc.

• Evaluate test failures, distinguishing between hardware & system software to determine if repair or re-alignment is required

• Perform calibration and adjustment procedures on Keysight and non-Keysight products plus Physical Dimensional devices as required.

• Understand, and utilize calibration software STE, TME, MetCal, HPUX, 11808 and PC based software as required plus be able to follow written manual procedures.

Qualifications :

This key role requires the following skills:

•Bachelor's Degree, University Degree, Technical School or Military PMEL experience preferred/ equivalent experience acceptable•Minimum of 5+ years related experience in Field Customer Support of Test and Measurement instruments with typically 3 to 5 years of experience

•Applicant must have a solid understanding of Electronic and electromechanical principles, troubleshooting and repair techniques/skills. Average computer skills are desirable. Knowledge of current quality standards for ANSI/ISO 9001, ANSI/Z540-1, and ISO 17025 is required.

•Must have calibration and repair service experience of all types of Keysight and Non-Keysight Test Equipment plus experience with Physical Dimensional measurement devices

•Experience using automated calibration software platforms (STE, PC Based, etc)

•Must have experience in Test and Measurement service industry
