3325A Adjustments

Does anyone have adjustment steps

5-7 Power Supply
5-8 D/A Converter Offset
5.9 VCO Frequency

I downloaded the service manual for the 3325A from Keysight and it starts at step 5-10!

Tried the 3325B manual and you have to enter a special function (which causes and error ) for the DAC adjustment and it causes and error on the 3325A

I just looked at PDF copies of the 3325A Service Manual from a few sources, and sure enough, where page 5-2 is supposed to be, they inserted 6-2.  I am pretty sure in years past, I have done that adjustment, but probably using the hardcopy of the manual.  This looks like a glitch in Keysight documentation.  Might be worth calling and seeing if they can correct their error.  I wouldn't hold my breath, though.

The one possibility is that it appears at least the page with adjustment locations is there.  Maybe you could figure out how to reverse engineer how to do at least the power supply adjustment.

Or maybe someone on pmelforum has the hard copy and can send you a pdf image of that page.

Might want to check 3325B manual.

I see that they look like they are probably pretty similar.  But, are the A and B adjustments for those three applicable sections the same for both models?  That would make life a little easier for those many people who only have the erroneous PDF available for the A model.

Hi, I believe I have the page you are looking for. Tried to attach it here as a pdf but keep getting an error that it is too large. Please email me and I'll send it to you if you are still looking for it. You can also find it in an old Keysight forum topic which is where I got it at one time. Careful if you go there as it includes 3325B information. It's only the very last page uploaded in that forum (5-2) that pertains specifically to the 3325A.

If you could PM me I can give you my email address and you can email me a copy if you wish.  It would be nice if Keysight could consider including that "lost page" as one of their documents when you search on their website for 3325A stuff.

I adjusted the flatness on one not too long ago.  The POTS were labeled on the board.

If anyone still needs it, I do have the complete adjustment procedure from the hardcopy.
