Maybe I'm just doing something wrong, but it seems every time I calibrate my Wavetek 9500/3200 system, when I do the head Sinewave flatness adjustments, I have the following problem.

I did a performance verification and went in to update the cal dates on its internal software.  I had all 5 heads connected, and starting with CH1, I updated CH1 cal/due dates, then CH2, CH3, CH4, CH5 in order.

After changing the dates on them, I went back in and CH1 was fine, but it acted like it erased the coefficients on CH2-CH5.   I think my upcoming practice will be to only have one head connected to the mainframe at a time, and update that way.

Not sure if anyone has any experience on these and can offer suggestions as to why this is happening?  Is it a firmware rev issue?  Am I doing something wrong?  Is this an idiosyncrasy of this system?

I have not had the same thing exactly but a couple of years ago I had a couple of the heads go back to default factors for no apparent reason.  I don't recall if I had tested/updated one of the heads in the days immediately preceding, has not happened since.  We have since moved from Wavetek branded 9500s to Fluke marked 9500Bs.
Our system is a treated as a group of individual items so the heads are being tested at various times instead of all at once.

Can you help me to know that I do not know about it.
