Phase Matrix 598A or 588C Service Manual

Does anyone know where I might find a copy of the Service Manual for the EIP/Phase Matrix 598A counter? Or possibly for the Model 588C which is quite similar in architecture?  Or whether there a PDF version available?  The Operating Manual for the 598A is available for download on the Phase Matrix website, but the Service Manual is quite dear.
