On-Site Calibration Technician – Little Rock, Arkansas
Position Overview:
As a Calibration Technician with Accurate Laboratories, your duties will include, but will not be limited to:
Calibrate and repair TMDE within support capability including various levels of calibration as designated in calibration procedures, manuals, etc. Perform functional electronic and physical analysis of measurement data and align, troubleshoot, test, inspect, repair, calibrate and certify precision measurement equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, temperature controllers, micrometers, calipers, and other various dimensional equipment, torque wrenches, pressure gages, torque testers, weight scales, and precision balances. Analyze, calculate and determine tolerances; and perform tests and calibrations in accordance with instructions.
General Experience Required
Experience or training which demonstrates a working knowledge of physical dimensional applications in force, torque, temperature, linear measurements, pressure, electronic principles involved in the generation and measurement of such elements as voltage, current, impedance, capacitance, frequency, and inductance. Experience in use of various precision measurement instruments and standards.
Skills and Qualifications preferred but not required:
   Experience in calibration and/or metrology equipment
   Working under ISO 9000, ISO 17025, and/or A2LA Accredited Programs
   Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and other various computer based programs
   Good vision, hand-eye coordination
   Good written and verbal communication skills
   Must have excellent customer service skills
   Able to lift/move up to 50 pounds

Key Requirements
   United States Citizenship is required.
   Direct Deposit is mandatory.
   Proof of valid driver's license is required.

Travel Requirements
   Extensive travel in local/surrounding area (Arkansas, Tennessee, Louisiana, Oklahoma)
