Excel spreadsheet to determine accuracy of 5520A compared to meters

Does anyone have anything like that? I want something that I can just type the meters specs into then the spreadsheet does the work. Not sure how or if that works I am excel illiterate for the most part...

We are actually working on something like that.  I have bad the same vision.  Type in the key items and the software give you the total uncertainties.   Only I want the system to give you the uncertainty and the formula used to make the calculation.  Something you can hand to the auditor.
