I hear that Honeywell is prone to layoffs??

Some departments do ramp up/down quite a bit--particular engineering personnel that are dedicated to specific projects.  However, there are very few layoffs in the Sustaining Engineering & Assurance Services (SEAS) division that Metrology is under.  (A very low turnover rate, as well.)

We work at our Clearwater location.  He is correct about our SEAS division.  There are people here celebrating 35+ years employment each week.

Everyone I work with here at the Freeport location has pretty much been here since before I was born.
