Does anyone know if there is a service manual available for the Wavetek (Fluke) 9500/3200 Oscilloscope Calibrator?  I have some errors with the Crystal DAC.  Need to find out if these are corrupt cal induced errors or hardware failures, and possibly information on how to troubleshoot them.  The errors are related to the Crystal DAC self check at 0, 2.5 and 5 VDC.  The reading is around 2.3 or so and apparently floating on all three (seeming to signify that the DAC circuitry is defective.

To the best of my knowledge it does not exist either in Wavetek or Fluke flavors.  I hope someone can prove me wrong.

Anyone have any thoughts on who may be able to service a Wavetek 9500/3200 or about my symptoms.  I have mothballed it for the moment, as I don't have enough manhours to work on it now.  But it is a good system with 5 of the 9530 output heads.

Re-posting in case anyone has some thoughts or inputs

At NASA/JSC, generally we send ours to Fluke's Dallas service center...
