Any one with any sense in the PMEL community, I would admonish NOT to work for Simco. They underpay and allow managers to treat employees like complete garbage. They do not look out for their employees or stand up for them in any situation. Especially on the west coast. I would not advise working for them as they have fired so many qualified techs for no reason at all other than personal dislikes, not based on Job performance.

I've never worked for them, I know poeple who have who would disagree with you.  To namelessly rant about a person or company is morally week to say the least.  If you are going to point fingers then you should be prepared to backup your ploy with a name.
I doubt any company would take the time to file a lawsuit against you or any other person expressing an opinion.  The case is weak and most individuals do not have enough money to make it worthwhile.

I worked for them back in 2000 for a year at the Billerica location, not all that different from most other commercial labs I have worked in. I moved on to be closer to my kid, they pretty much let me do my job when I was there.
