Responsibilities:
•   Instructors will provide both podium lecture, discussion, and practical instruction using a variety of media types, presentation software and hardware, training devices, simulation tools, and USAF ground instructional training aircraft (GITA).
•   Instructors will have the additional challenge of providing technical English language instruction to students who have only recently learned to speak English at the Defense Language Institute
•   Instructors will have to help and support students whose cultural norms may interfere with USAF-style decision-making, problem resolution, and social engagement
•   Instructors will teach mixed classes of international students from a variety of religious and political backgrounds and must not engage in religious or political discussions in their classrooms or with their students.
•   Instructors will mentor and coach students through their program of instruction
•   Instructors will have USAF students in their multinational classes and must be able to manage student-to-student relationships to maintain discipline and ensure a team environment.

Qualifications:
•   Award of the 5-level AFSC 2POX1; 7-Level Highly Preferred
•   DD214 with Honorable Discharge
•   Award of an Associate's Degree or higher, preferably from CCAF with an AAS degree in their career field
•   Specific AFSC awarding courses
