Your telling me that you give no benifits for a whole year :-o
I guess the pay is though the roof?

Actually south-central, but nice area. Anything above NYC is considered "upstate" :?

Health Benefits kick in the first full month of employment and if you are single TMI pays 100% of your health care cost, two weeks vacation per year start accruing day one....like many other places you have to wait 1 year to get into the 401K program.
TMI is a great company, we are growing.  TMI pays well and for the the right person Binghampton could be a great opportunity

What does "pays well" mean?  Can we get a range please?
I'll try being nicer if you'll try being smarter.

I would pm cjohnson since he is the hiring manager and would be able to discuss it.

Thanks, USMC Kalibrater! I should have made it clearer: benefits start immediately, 401K after one year. Pay is commensurate with experience, and we are looking for a seasoned tech, so it certainly will not be $14.50 per hour.
We prefer a local candidate (NY/PA) who knows the area and is ready to hit the ground running.
As was stated previously, TMI is an excellent company to work for, and many of our technicians have been with us for over a decade. We have experienced phenomenal growth over the past five years, and this is a great opportunity to contribute to that growth as we expand into the Northeast.

These posts on here are like watching an episode of family guy. You start out dealing with one thing and by the end of the post it is a completley different subject line.
