I was just asked to include another job. One for an RF Cal Tech and one for an RF Cal Supervisor for the midnight to 8am shift.  I hear these guys have great standards and are also looking for someone to write cal procedures for some of the EXFO telecomm equipment.

RF tech: $25-$30 depending on experience and interview assessment.

RF Lead/Mentor (not a salaried supervisor- this is an hourly non-exempt position)  $28- and up depending on experience and interview assessment.
