Tinker is experiencing a high turn over almost forced overtime because SMR can't retain
qualified personnel in OKC so if you want to go to OK  coral good luck its not a pretty picture.

I work here - there's no forced overtime.  It's difficult to relocate for a new job when you can't sell your house where you live now.  This makes it hard to find good people who can relocate.
