When Fluke changed to the new style of meters did the specifications stay the same?

Attached is a quick comparison of the 77-3 with the 77.  In the cal tolerance column, if the test ratio is <1:1 the 77-3 is more accurate.  If the test ratio is >1:1, the 77 is more accurate.  If there is no test ratio, that means the 77 does not have that range.
