What can they do to stop this? With the option available to make a post for a new person it is kind of hard to stop? What I do not understand is when you get the giberish spam??? How do they expect to sell something if the target audience has no idea what they are saying?

P.S. - I hate spammers too.  My very old spammer story from 1999 (oh, here he goes again with an OOOOLD STORY).

I was on a business trip in China (believe it or not - "Google Maps" thread).  I was gone for a month.  When I got home, my wife who doesn't wear her emotions on her sleeve was upset about something.  I finally got it out of her that when she had been checking my email for me regularly while I was gone, I had been getting emails from my girlfriends, who were apparently sharing some, shall we say, "Romantic" thoughts (to keep it clean).  This was her first encounter with spam.  I don't think I need to explain everything.  It IS a little funny looking back.
