I have a Mettler AE163 160 gram laboratory scale that will not read above 70 gr

Anybody have any ideas? I also tried to go through and reset the calibration but it came up with an error? Also went through the menu and made sure the unit was set to 160 grams.

Cal slide on the side was pused forward as a I was writing the question I figured iut the answer.
