E5500B Phase Noise Computers

Has anyone had problems with the PC that comes with the E5504B Phase Noise systems?  We just had 2 of our 3 crap out with the same problems recently.  

My questions are:  Are these still under warranty?  I know that the system is under the standard 5 year warranty.  But, were the computers provided by Agilent as part of the system, or were they cobbed in under another contract by AFMETCAL?  (wouldn't surprise me)  I've also heard that Hewitt-Rand is out of business.

We're trying to install some other computers in their place, but having problems with communications...  Any input is appreciated.

The answer is: Yes, they are included in the 5 yr. warranty from Agilent.  I just sent one back today.  The rep. wasn't sure about how it fit into the system since it was probably a third party item, but AFMETCAL ensured us that it was included in the warranty.  So, we'll see.
