I have looked at all the old episods and asked most the Geeks I know with not luck.

Does anyone know how much time there is in a Centon?

Some believe it is synonimous with a minute, some with a second.

I'm not at all a Battlestar Galactica afficianado, but according to BattleStarGalactica.com,

a CENTURON = a century
a YAHREN = a year
a QUATRON = a month or fortnight
a SECTON = a week
a CENTAR = an hour
a CENTON = a minute (in all but the first 2 episodes)
a MICRON = a second

In the first couple of episodes, a CENTON was used to describe a week.  Since it is fictitious Sci Fi, sounds like a script glitch that was changed.
