Don't forget the NIST Hands-on Workshop on Estimating and Reporting Measurement Uncertainty which is offered before every NCSLI and MSC conference.  And Colleen, if you call Will up and ask him, he'd probably make a special trip out since I'm sure you could fill the minimum requirement of people for an on-site class.
