Job Description
This position shall have the overall responsibility of performing quality reviews on equipment and personnel, conducting root cause analysis on product or process non-conformities, and reporting results to the Lead Quality Assurance Evaluator. Shall be able to write calibration procedures using manufacturer's data sheets. Shall validate all software, both in-house and COTS, used to collect data during calibration of M&TE. Manage the laboratory Environmental Control System. Work with customers to remedy any customer concerns or complaints. Perform customer site visits to ensure continued customer satisfaction.
