The Bionetics Corporation has an immediate opening for  PMEL Technicians to perform calibration/repair of Test Measurement, and Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE) owned by NASA and the United States Air Force at NASA Kennedy Space Center, Cape Canaveral AIr Force Station and Patrick Air Force Base.

This positions requires knowledge of general purpose test, measurement, and diagnostic equipment measurement principals, troubleshooting techniques, metrology techniques and laboratory practices. 

Familiarity with pressure, vacuum, torque, force and mass test equipment is required.  Knowledge of liquid and gaseous flow methodology is desirable.   

Familiarity with time/frequency generation and high frequency/microwave test equipment is required.  Knowledge of tactical air navigation/identification friend or foe (TACAN/IFF) methodology is desirable.

Knowledge of PMEL facility requirements, AFMETCAL Program functions/procedures and ISO 17025 is essential. 

Applicant must have a minimum of 3 years experience inspecting, troubleshooting, repairing, modifying, overhauling, aligning, calibrating and certifying TMDE/laboratory standards, as well as ensuring calibration traceability to NIST.  Preferred education/training includes completion of a Department of Defense PMEL school; completion of the USAF PMEL Technician in-residence course is highly desirable.  Must possess a current and valid driver's license.  Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.  Must have the ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.  Technician level will be based on experience.  Please email resumes to John Smartt, jsmartt@bionetics. com.

I'm Ghazi Alawneh  I have 28 years of experiance of Senor PMEL TECH ,I haave all the USAF COURSES  PMEL <MICRO WAVE <ADVANCED PMEL COURSE PHISYCAL& DIMENTIONAL ,I been working with LockHeed Martin in F16 block 50 &60  overseas and our contract just finshed from OMAN in the persion Gulf . I'm in my way back to the state .  I'm ready to start working ASAP if this postion still open and you need some one to fill it .  :-)
