Keesler came out fine.  In fact, pretty minor damage all around as best I can tell.  A couple of the harbors got jacked up and there were a few messed up boats here and there.  We did get some surge and flooding, but nowhere near what we had 3 yrs ago.

But, those in low lying areas just getting their stuff back together did get another shot.  I am of the opinion, though, that there probably shouldn't be homes in those areas either...
