Hey folks I have a Rhodes & Schwarz SML 03 signal generator. Any ideals on where I can get a procedure for this thing? :?

The gidep procedure is great, provided you have a phase noise system. If you don't , expect to reinvent the wheel.

The following is a link to the different manufacturer operation and service manuals for the SML series.
One of the manuals has a performance verification in it.
