about TO33K6-4-3055-1 for TE328671 Alignment Fixture

I have some requests about TO33K6-4-3055-1 for TE328671 Alignment Fixture.

1. According to TO TI has Cube A, B, C, D. What exactly are they? I want to know what Cube A, B, C, D means.

2. Table 2 in the TO I need X8981755 Holding Fixture(2.12) and Top Plate(2.6). Can I get pictures and specifications about them?

3. Also Table 2 in the TO I need D649 Reference Mirror(2.10). Can I replace D616 instead of D649?

4. I only have 24×48 Surface Plate in Grade AA. But according to TO I need 36×48 Surface Plate. Can I replce it?

5. TO33K6-4-3055-1 latest version is Dec 2014. Can I get old TO?
