Keep in mind, besides the initial costs there is the ongoing cost of getting the standards calibrated.  Many of my customers forget to look at the annual cost of maintaining the system (i.e. getting the standards calibrated) when they evaluate purchasing a new system. 
Don't forget to get the Calibration costs and intervals the standards must be calibrated at and figure that into the total cost of ownership.
