passtimes outside of calibration...

I don't know if you intended it that way, but you're probably going to have to add some to the list. :-)

I'm a hunter.

I opened up another option. Not sure if there will be any responses to the first 5! :?

I love shooting animals too. Deer and turkey are my favorite targets.

I've got three deer tags this year and a fall turkey tag.  I'm thinking about getting an antelope tag as well.

I don't know when I'm going to squeeze in all this fun, bird (ducks, geese, cranes, grouse, pheasant partridge) hunting starts up here in Sept. and goes through October.

So much game and so little time.  Of course when that's over it's time for ice fishing.

MIRCS

Fishing(Saltwater)........followed by fresh water fishing...followed by and equal to FWF...killing all animals legal to destroy and decimate

Now living in Va..(thanks coup and bradley :-o)............................very confused by all these laws, but hey we can Deer hunt on the base and they shoot guns and blow things up everyday on the base, so I guess silence is not as well needed. :-D

In VA I go to the mountains to hunt.  Have some good friends from my time in the Air Force (yes I started my Naval career in the Air Force.  Laughlin AFB TX) that live up there that I go visit and hunt with.  Always come back with venison.  Also used to go up there every Feb for a hog slaughter.  Would get them from the market, shoot them, dredge in boiling water.....and so on.  Lots of fun.  Usually did about 10 a day.  It was a community event.....

You would love hunting in Georgia. You can kill 2 bucks and 10 doe every season.

I love hunting it's my favorite. However, I am really getting into saltwater fishing since I've moved to Florida.

I work on HO and Z-scale model railroads.

I'm building an HO-scale layout of Baden-Baden, Germany, and a Z-scale layout of Fusen, Germany (where Neuschwanstein Castle is located).

Once I finish the rehab on the house I might actually get time to work on the two projects!
If it works, it's a Fluke.

You two would love New Zealand.  Sheep shagging is the national sport, or so I'm told.  Personally, I like scuba...but hate cold water (really cold where I live and nothing exciting to see but sharks that like to eat people)...so usually have to travel to south-east asia (Philippines is my favorite).    Could do it in northern Australia (ie north Queensland), but it's cheaper to take an overseas trip thanks to ridiculous domestic airfares.  Needless to say don't do as much diving as I'd like to...too bloody expensive.  So my real hobby is saving up for my hobby...

bradley563

I have never been scuba diving.   But I have been sky diving.  What a rush.....
