As of 20 Feb we are still looking for a PMEL tech II at Maxwell/Gunter AFB, Montgomery, Alabama.
Prefer experience in K3/4 RF generator/spectrum analyzer section but if your good in other areas that will also work. Must have completed Air Force PMEL or Navy calibration school and able to obtain a secret clearance. Must have at least 4 years recent experience on the bench.
This is an Air Force contract lab and operates under T.O. 00-20-14.
Pay is currently $27.43 p/h plus $4.50 p/h health & welfare plus .75 p/h for 401K contribution ($32.68 total). Annual increases.

We are a small lab with a great working enviroment. Cost of living here is relatively cheap and the pay is good.

Shame it's not in Huntsville; I'd jump on it in a heartbeat.

Why can't you guys be in Birmingham (a little closer to Huntsville)? Several of us may be looking for a one day a week gig here in the next few weeks......

I think we should all band together, do rolling furlough days, and make our own lab in Huntsvegas

Sorry, not trying to hijack the original post.
Did you ever find anyone for Montgomery?
