Good Morning,
I have many items from a workcenter deployed, I would like them not to show overdue on my overdues list, there is a checkbox for TDY and for deployed, but even with them checked and a date for return date on TDY put in, they still show on my overdues. Any ideas? I thought that by putting a date in the TDY return box that PAMS should not show them overdue until then.

Been there, done that.

The best thing is to have good communication with the customer.  The should know their equipment is due, can't be used, and should be shipped.  However you can't make them ship something and half of them probably went back to the states anyway.  So delete the asset after 30 days of contacting them.

What is "PAMS" by the way?

PAMS is the Air Force calibration database system.
