Below 20% of FS ANSI allows an error in reading equal
to 0. 8% of torque wrench capacity.  Does anyone know if such a condition exist in ISO and what is the percentage - if any - ?
Thanks for your time

I have the Torque ISO at work.  Running late this morning, but when I get to the lab, I'll take a look to see what it says.
"I often say that when you can measure what you are speaking about, and express it in numbers, you know something about it; but when you cannot measure it, when you cannot express it in numbers, your knowledge is of a meagre and unsatisfactory kind."

32b14-1-1-101 allows no reading in the lower 20% so if you are AF it really doesn't matter.

DO NOT USE BELOW 20 percent!   The errors can be all over the place.   When in doubt, switch to a smaller wrench that envelopes the useable range you need.
