Description:
Analyzes recall schedules for all Navy Aircraft Intermediate Maintenance Department (AIMD) aviation support equipment (SE) requiring calibration at Naval Aviation Depot or other Navy Working Capital (NWC) funded laboratories.  Creates plans and schedules for depot calibration support of AIMD SE requirements and develops quarterly depot work-hour allocations.  Coordinates with Navy field calibration activities (FCA) via Naval Message and TELCON to reschedule equipment as needed to meet aviation fleet deployment schedules or when FCA are unable to locally support SE calibration.  Analyzes Navy Metrology System for Uniform Recall and Reporting (MEASURE) data and assess SE calibration readiness, servicing-laboratory performance, and other program reporting requirements. 

Must Have 5+ years experience. 

• Performing maintenance planning and scheduling as required by several concurrent field activities
• Coordinating daily with field activities to ensure adequate maintenance support services are available when required
• Coordinating daily with maintenance service providers to ensure effective processing of equipment
• Developing budgets for maintenance, repair, or calibration of test equipment inventories

The successful applicant must have knowledge and skills related to:

• Maintenance Planning
• Maintenance Budgeting
• Project Scheduling
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel, Word, Access
• Proficient in the use of the Naval Message System (TurboPrep)

Associates Degree or relevant Military Training

Must be eligible for Secret Clearance
