"The Temporary Early Retirement Authority -- commonly referred to as the 15-year retirement -- is open to eligible technical sergeants, master sergeants, captains, majors and lieutenant colonels with at least 15 but less than 20 years of total active-duty service as of Oct. 31, according to an Air Force news release" http://www.military.com/daily-news/2013/07/26/af-offers-early-retirement-in-certain-fields.html
So does anyone wanna offer me a lot of money  so I can retire at 18? I can run a lab, cal a spec an, twist a torque wrench or push a broom so long as the pay is good! I would lose my new GI (post 9/11) if I got out early however  :-(

ADD: Yep PMEL is not eligible......So I can still dream, do the high paying jobs in the desert still exist for PMEL?

The Tera Matrix says 15-17 eligible 18+ not for 2P0X1. I'm actually at 17 3/4.  So show me the money! I'm on night pro super duty for 2 weeks because I owed a favor to squadron... :|

I think you are referring to the other force management options matrix.
QuoteThe enlisted voluntary measures focus on Airmen in non-critical, overage specialties. These programs include Limited Active Duty Service Commitment waivers, including waiving up to two years of enlistment obligations; Palace Chase transfers to the Reserves for enlisted Airmen with a one-to-one rather than a two-to-one year commitment.

The early retirement (TERA) options shown in the Eligibility Chart for 2013 TERA-Enlisted, doesn't include 2P0X1. :(

Velasco, how much is a lot of money for you?  there are plenty of jobs at $27/hr and if you look around, you can find a few for $35/hr,  and if you really look around very hard and get lucky, you can find $40/hr.  also a lot depends on location
