Well guys, I leave for Columbus tomorrow for training for my new job for two weeks, and I was wondering if there was anything interesting to do there. Anybody?

JAEVANS

I was born there a long time and haven't been back in quite some time.  They have a great zoo up north.  Also, I know it is winter, but if you get any free weekends, my favorite state parks are there - Mohican State Park up north and Hocking Hills in the southeast.  Hey, what can I say - I'm a party animal.

Take a cab to German Village, and check out Schmidt's Sausage House- great food, great beer, reasonable prices.
If it works, it's a Fluke.

You hunt? :? If so, they got monster bucks up there. Some real brusiers...

If not, Check out LeRoy's Chicken and Rib Shack. :-D

If you like fishing Alum Creek Park and Delaware Lake are good spots.

There's a good old fashioned diner in downtown Delaware called the Hamburger Inn. Get the cheeseburger, baked beans, and a slice of homemade pie. You won't be sorry.   :-D
