I wish I had it to give to you MIRCS. Best I could determine is that it's copyrighted material for purchase only at ASME.org.

Yeah I got a copy from Kevin. Looks like it totally changed the AGD stuff.

I pulled up my pdf copy of B107.14M this morning and noticed that there was an Adoption Notice page at the top. For some unknown reason I read it. There is a statement that DOD activities can obtain copies of the standard from an address in Philly. Since it's dated 94, I called ASME to find out if it was still good info and if it applied to all standards. I got a real winner on the phone that didn't know anything about it, just wanted sell me a standard or get off the phone. So I emailed Customer Service. Hopefully he's not handling that section too. We'll see...
