annual electronic safety training recommendations

Looking for recommendations on annual saftey training in a commercial lab.

Some of my ideas?

Annual First Aid/CPR training and Certification for all employees
Signage above all Fire Extinguisher at right angle to wall for visibility.
Master electrical disconnect in Electronic Lab.
All employees wear closed toe shoes.
Annual drivers safety course for all employees driving or maybe driving company vehicles.
All employees trained annually on where electrical and water shut offs are and how to use them.
Annual training on proper lifting.
Annual Haz/Mat training.

Lockout/tagout is useful if you do any work where the facilities wiring needs to be exposed.

Since most calibrations labs completely and utterly suck at safety here are a few off the top of my head I can think of especially if on-site calibrations are performed.

Lock Out/Tag Out-LOTO
SDS(Formerly MSDS)-Chemical use and PPE
Electrical Safe Work Practices-NFPA 70E-2015
Personal Protection Equipment-PPE
Confined Space Entry
Active Shooter
Fall Protection-Ladders

There is a lot more out there.  If your state has its own "OSHA" its really easy to look up requirements or give them a call for training recommendations.
