Anyone a whiz at adjusting the linearity on Ashcroft Duragauges?

I always seem to be able to get them in but it takes forever. I really feel like we should just reject them a new gauge is like $100 and if I spend 2 hours trying to get on into tolerance it hardly seems worth it. Does anybody have any suggestions on adjusting them
