I have been looking for an Excel spreadsheet used to calculate the uncertainty for an 53132A.  I could have sworn I saw it on Agilent now Keysights website.  But for the life of me I can't find it.  Has anyone seen it or have a copy of it.  If you do, could you send it my way.   Perhaps I am thinking of a different one, but man alive I could swear it exists.   thank you in advance,  kmt
