General Responsibilities:
•   Developing course training materials and syllabus
•   Coordinating / Presenting content
•   Tracking employee competency
•   Scheduling third party training events
•   Managing employee orientation 
Desired Experience/Skills:
•   10 + Years industry experience
•   Strong working knowledge of calibration methodologies
•   Effective verbal communication skills
•   Strong technical writing abilities
•   Working knowledge of industrial quality standards
•   Proven management experience
•   Advanced computer skills
•   4 Year College degree and or an Associate's degree with equivalent work experience
