     I ran across a few posts and replies about people who worked for "hot stamp" or "lick and stick" labs.   I was unfortunate enough to work at one of those places.   Eventually I had to make a decision on whether or not to stay or go because what I saw was driving me nuts and I knew the owners of the place would not make any changes.   I followed my conscience. . . . and got the hell out of there.   It took me longer than I wanted to find a job but now I'm employed in a place where people care about the quality of their work.   I wake up in the morning and I actually WANT TO GO TO WORK!!!!  I enjoy the company of my fellow technicians and I know now that my professional reputation won't be compromised.   Best move I made in a long time.   DON"T LICK AND STICK!!!!
