Trying to get 540 Amps @ 400 hz. specs says it will do it. I keep getting an overload.

Try turning on your LCOMP on your 5520A.

Coils are inductors, as frequency increases they become more resistive, design can help fight it, as I recall the Fluke coil is kind of splayed out rather then just wound around whatever was handy at the time like a coffee can.  The calibrator on the other hand is happiest running current through the least resistance possible.  Not that it matters for your situation but sometimes I just like to pipe up.  Like all things in life there's tradeoffs.

Turns out the gray matter between my ears was not working. Fluke 5520A with Fluke 5500/Coil works fine.

The problem is putting the Fluke 336 clamp on Amp Meter cause to muck load.

Works fine with Fluke/5520A with 5725A and Fluke 5500A/Coil.

My bad.
