Hands-on position in a small dynamic product company.   Job emphasis will be on directing operations in a flow calibration lab.   Work is varied and demanding and requires mechanical aptitude and sophisticated analytical skills. 
AA in Mechanical Engineering Technology, Electronics or Automation. 

Required skills:  Experienced with basic diagnostic instruments and sensors.   Solid troubleshooting capabilities.   Excellent math skills for assuring statistical validity of test results.   Familiar with fluid flow circuits.   Good understanding of equipment automation including control loops.   Excellent administrative habits.   Competent in Access and Excel.   Proficient in creating various forms, tables and written procedues.  

Desired skills:  programming (LabView); Drafting (Solidworks); ISO implementation and compliance; Supervisory experience. 

Job entails: testing various combinations of flow sensors and instruments, validate test equipment accuracy, recommend and implement testing improvements, ensure operation is third party auditable; create test systems for new products, support engineering for product line development and refinement, master operation and maintain all test equipment to ensure up-time accuracy.

I visited this company recently and I have to say it certainly appears to be a well run operation with friendly employees and a very nice facility (and equipment).   Healdsburg (and the surrounding area) is definitely a great place to relocate to, especially if you want to be in or near the wine country.   I'd consider the position if I wasn't already settled.
