I have a couple of the stickers that match the logo, but no patches.  I'm not aware that they ever made patches like that.

Where did Hoopty "aquire" it?

I'm not really sure where I "acquired" the image I'm using.  Somewhere along the way I guess.

I've not seen an actual patch either.  If anybody's got one it'd have to be an auditor or ex-auditor.

I think you have to score a coin from one of the AFMETCAL evaluators, or work a deal with someone at a lab that's about to be evaluated.
