Board rollback?

I am new to the forum.  I registered a few days ago and made a few posts.  It seems as though teh board was rolled back a few days because all my posts are gone and i even had to re-register.

No, I haven't done anything lately.  We switched servers a few weeks ago, but the board was put into maintenance  mode before that occured.  Could it be from then?  If it's only the past couple of days, then I'm not sure what could have happened.

Anybody else notice missing posts?

I was trying to check the board yesterday or Monday (while it was off line).  I did find the hosting company that hosts the site, and they had some sort of hard drive problem.  They thought they could repair it.  But I wonder if they lost a few days of data when they did the repair????

Yep, they had a hard drive fail yesterday and had to restore from the previous nights backup.  So there probably was a few posts dropped due to that.  Usually they are pretty good at alerting me about such things, but I guess they couldn't because e-mail was affected too.
